Programs Manager / Lead Family Advocate
Job Role: The role of Programs Manager/Lead Family Advocate is to oversee all current programs, expansion of programs and case management services. The Programs Manager/Lead Family Advocate will foster an organizational culture of continual improvements, facilitating policy changes, additions, processes and enhance procedures for all program offerings at Family Promise of Hamilton County (FPoHC). This role also oversees all case management, family service and program staff.
Job Responsibilities: The Programs Manager/Lead Family Advocate will be responsible for oversight, management, administration and compliance to all procedures. The Programs Manager/Lead Family Advocate will be responsible for supervision and oversight of all case management functions and program staff, policies, procedures and programming. All program process flows and case management program activities and decisions will follow the procedures and policies of FPoHC. The Programs Manager/Lead Family Advocate will also oversee the fostering of key partnerships with congregation coordinators and other local agencies to enhance programs and services to families.
